A playful meeting of pistachio and choux, Pista-Choux first appeared on our opening menu and has since been revisited as 2.0, refined to become the version we always wanted it to be. Made with our house-made pistachio paste and praline, it pairs the richness of pistachio with the roasted, aromatic notes of Genmaicha for a beautifully nutty and balanced finish.
