Our playful take on the classic lemon tart, Limon brings together lemon, lime and yuzu for a brighter, more complex expression of citrus. With Eigen firmly against meringue, we created our own version without it, instead celebrating the whole lemon, from its vibrant acidity to the subtle bitterness of its pith.
